Product information and enquiries
Descriptions and images on the website introduce the types of jewellery you may enquire about. They do not confirm current stock, a particular specification or a price. Please contact the shop to confirm availability, metal purity, weight, design details and the complete price of an item, including any making charges and applicable taxes.
Gold and silver prices can change. A website enquiry or WhatsApp message does not by itself reserve an item, fix its price or create a confirmed purchase. Any purchase details must be agreed directly with the shop.
Purchases and after-sales enquiries
This website does not accept online orders or payments. Purchase, delivery or collection arrangements, where offered, must be confirmed directly with the shop. Please obtain the applicable purchase, exchange, return, repair and cancellation terms before completing a transaction. No specific return period, exchange value or product guarantee is promised on this website.
Nothing in these website terms limits any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
